AVG is one of the most famous and commonly used anti-virus programs developed by AVG Technologies. AVG is commonly used in Asian countries . The most important features of AVG is that it uses less system memory. AVG 8.0 is the latest version of AVG and has more features that were not included in the previous version. AVG 8.0 includes built in anti-spyware and link scanner which make it a powerful anti-virus . AVG is a small software and is easy to update . The scanner of AVG is much faster and scans the entire system files in minutes. AVG 8.0 also has an Email scanner by which we can scan the email that we receive via Outlook etc. Link scanner is very useful and blocks dangerous websites and checks the links provided by the search engine. This feature is very useful when we surf Internet. AVG has a well defined update and is very efficient in blocking trojan attacks. AVG 8.0 will work smoothly in almost all computers with 256 MB RAM. And this is the most important reason why AVG became popular. AVG 8.0 is available in two version one is Free and another is Professional paid version. |
